By applying the brake power, the door can be opened up to 125 degrees and is held open at any angle within this range.
The door brake must not be used as an end stop.
Fix the stop bracket (see (1) in product drawing) to the door leaf at a measured distance of 120 mm from the middle of the door hinge to the centre of the hexagon nut. The distance from the bottom edge of the door frame to the screw holes of the stop bracket is 26 mm. Screw the mounting plate (see (2)) under the door frame at a measured distance of 525 mm (measure X > 60 mm at a distance of 540 mm) from the middle of the door hinge to the centre of the pivot. When the door is closed, there should be a distance of 2 to 3 mm between the door leaf and the mounting plate.
The brake power is altered by turning the knurled adjuster (see (3)).
