To hold the gate in place, push it against the holder until the hook is engaged on the holding bracket. Actuating the hook releases the gate.
Grout the gate holder into the floor at the desired arresting point, which should be the furthest possible distance from the gate hinge. Fix the holding bracket to the gate at the corresponding position with a height clearance of 4 mm to the stop plate of the holder so that, the screw holes are under the catch hole. When the gate is fixed, the holding bracket also serves as a stop surface.
